Voice For The Horse 60 Day Challenge!!
Pay It Forward!
In our effort to raise the funding for the Voice For The Horse International Theme Song, the writer of the project Yvonne Allen from At Ease Horse Care is stepping up to the plate and personally sponsoring a 60 Day Bikram Hot Yoga Challenge where all funds raised through her efforts will be donated 100% back to the Voice For The Horse Foundation. Not only will she commit to 30 days straight of this Intense and HOT workout, she will also include sixteen classes where she will do doubles for the grand total of 76 classes in two months!

The Bikram Yoga Practice is one of the most difficult forms of yoga due to the intensity of the heat. Although one does get used of it, it is a practice where one must focus and concentrate deeply on holding postures which may not always be the most comfortable to do; hence these are the ones we often need to do more of.
What makes this challenge even more exciting is Liz Mitten Ryan has offered to paint an original painting of the VFTH Mascot's Angel and Mischief valued at minimum $10,000 once we get the song done with the music video underway!!
